I'm officially ex-S**t B**. Thank you to the management and the HR department for the fast, easy and calm situation. Thank you, again. I got my money back for the claim that I made and bout my August salary that still not in my bank account, there were some technical error happen. The HR will try to settle this as soon as possible. Thank you for your co-operation. This is one of the happy day that I gone through this past few month. Thank you for everybody that involved to made my day, today.
I felt release after one of our superior accept and talk to me about my earlier posting. He understand every single thing that I meant. Thank You. I'm happy that all my ex-colleague give me their support for my decision, thank you. Since March, there's been so much experience we share together, thank you. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
No, I won't forget you guys that kept blaming us, the photographer for many misconduct as what have you wrote in the comments. Thank you, you give me the courage and extra reason for quitting. As I want to have a good rest and happy time with my family before I report to work in Jakarta, this coming month. Thank you!!
And for the brave enough warrior that dare us to quit.....I've already quit and you know me. May I know you? I dare you to reveal yourself to us. Thank you!!!

i respect you to be brave enough to do as u said earlier..and i hope your management gets the point that the reason of this blog is not to "burukkan mereka" but as we all know to improvise what they lack..ive become one of this blog addicts recently and i have forward to all my friends who is some on top of the government sector..because to me this is not something "small" as your superior might say,this is serious..
To all staffs that is still in this organisation,i hereby telling you all not to worry...we are looking closely to what have been said here..and im sure they will read this blog everyday
To the brave creator of this blog..make sure you dont delete this blog because this will be useful to you guys in the future...
to the ones who is responsible for all this (bosses,management etc etc)you guys better wake up because as a malay im pretty much ashamed of you guys of being just another lame malays,you guys should respect your staffs as they are the core of your projects..dont just ignore about what they have begged and explain but try to seek for solutions because your staffs depends on you..
DONT GET PROUD EASILY BECAUSE ONE DAY YOU ALL ARE GOING TO GET YOUR FAIR SHARE...

caya laa puan hamidah..memang company ni patut di ajar...saya sebagai org luar pun baca naik sakit hati...saya punya la nak jadi photographer,dan ada antara photographer favorite saya bekerja di sykt ini, mereka senang2 je ckp photographer tu sampah...memang kurang ajar dan tidak mengenang budi...sofian hamid memang hero...dan aku dah tgk work die "gile respek!" company SOFTBOX SDN BHD ni memang rugi besar la kehilangan dia...lepas ni sape plak yg blah?aku rasa la kalau semua blah jangan harap company ni dpt lagi photographer sebab company ni nama dah macam tong sampah di mata photographer2 lain...memang padan muka sekali lagi...
Lain kali jangan mencabar kalau rasa telur tu hanya sebesar biji kurma..*yusuf tayyuubb*(bisik)

Thank you for every comments made to this post. I hereby want to make clear that i do not want to be heroic or something like that. Please, do not do spread bad words about this company. Who know, if we wait they will somehow overcome all of their problem and if they not, probably someone out there willing to take the job. Just wait and give them a chance to reconstruct.
For me, I wait long enough and go for a not so handsomely pay assignments just for the sake of my career. I do not care much about the money, it just the satisfaction of working environment. If you think this company is bad, there is more than enough of other opportunities out there. GO! Don't wait.
LOL..Am I a winner at my own league? I don't know but thanks. For you that "gile respek" with my work, thank you a lot. I humbly appreciated your view.

pretty soon semua akan pergi juga....tunggu masa dan ketika yang sesuai....langit tidak selalu cerah...dan jangan memperbudak-budakkan kami lagi...yang lain pun had enough...tunggu september punya gaji dan lihat sama ada mereka-mereka ini belajar dari kesilapan ataupun buat-buat bodoh pandai seperti sebelum ini...ingat!gaji bulan ini ialah gaji yang penting dan kalau masih rasa nak mencabar...sila lah berani untuk bayar lambat...sekarang kami pula mencabar!
